Then when your friends book their tour have them tell us that you recommended our company to them and if they are not already a member of AW upon return from your trip, within 30 - 60 days we will cut you a check for 10% of their tour price.

• You have to have a passport valid for 6 months after the date of your return to the US. Selected Post Offices have passport application forms. Please be aware that it might take up to 8 weeks to get a passport.
• Russian/Ukrainian Visa is required. Cost of visa is NOT included in your tour price. The cost is $209 at least 4 weeks notice. You will receive a 30-day tourist visa. The visa will be obtained through a Visa Service.
• $400 non-refundable deposit to reserve your space on the tour. This deposit can be applied to any other Anastasia tour within 2-year period.
• Second deposit ($ amount depends on the package purchased) payable 60-40 days prior to departure.
• The balance of $1000 is due 30 days prior to departure.
• Payments can be made by check, money order, Visa, AmEx, Discover or MasterCard.

1. Our guests residing outside the US can purchase a "Land Only" tour package that includes everything mentioned above except for Airfare and Airport-Hotel transfers. The "Land only" Packages are $550-$750 off Full Tour price, depending on the season.
2. If you will be visiting Russia on business at the time of our tour you can attend our Social Events. The price is $400 for one social, $700 for 2 socials and $900 for three socials if you want socials only. This package includes the socials and free interpreting services while at the socials, but no other services. All previous tour clients can attend the socials for only $200 per social.
